The story of Gerald, the Giraffe in Glasses…
“Once upon a time in the African savannah, there lived a peculiar giraffe named Gerald. Unlike his fellow giraffes, Gerald had a keen interest in reading and writing. In fact, he was often found wistfully watching the other animals discuss their favorite books and penning stories in secret.
Although Gerald was always excited about exploring new worlds through literature, there was one thing preventing him from truly immersing himself in the magical stories he loved so dearly—his poor eyesight. The world outside the pages of a book was nothing more than a blurry mess for poor Gerald.
One day, as Gerald sat by a large Acacia tree engrossed in one of his favorite tales, he couldn't help but feel a deep longing to experience the beauty of the world beyond the words on the pages. Suddenly, a tiny bird named Beatrix, known for its wisdom and exceptional eyesight, landed on Gerald's back.
